How do I return an item?
  1. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, otherwise your return may be lost or delayed. The correct return address is included in our return instructions that will be emailed to you.
  2. Email us or contact us via live chat requesting a return, provide your order number and a listing of the products and quantities of each you'd like to return.
  3. We email the return instructions, free USPS pre-paid shipping label and forms you need, no questions asked
  4. You ship the package with the free pre-paid label and email the tracking number to help@herbaloft.com.
  5. Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
  6. Total return process can take 2-4 weeks.

I received my order, but an item is missing. What should I do?

At Herbaloft.com, we try to ensure that 100% of the orders are complete and perfect. First, check the packing slip to see if the missing item was backordered. If the item is not backordered, then we apologize for the error. Please contact us by e-mail or live chat and we will rectify the situation as soon as possible.

My order arrived, but contains a damaged product. What do I do?

Please contact us by e-mail or live chat. Please be sure to include your order or invoice number in the e-mail, and explain the situation. Examples of damaged items are cracked plastic bottles, safety seal removed or torn off, and bottles leaking. Dented bottles or packages are most often not considered damaged because this does not take away from the safety or potency of the product inside.

I received my product a week ago, but I do not like it. I live in the U.S. Can I return it?

If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund. Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in a factory sealed container for refund. You are covered by this unconditional money-back guarantee for a full 365 days from your date of purchase. I returned my product and still haven't received a credit. When will I receive my credit?

You will see the credit on your credit card approximately up to 14 days after you send the product back to us.

  • Once return is received by the warehouse (verified by the tracking number), we will issue a full credit to your original method of payment (credit card, paypal, money order). Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
  • Wholesale Membership Kits (IBP Distributor kits) can be returned up to 90 days from date of purchase.
  • Opened products can be returned within 30 days from date of receipt.
