SHIPPING INFORMATION

Fedex Upgrade to 2nd Day Air with $75 order. Orders less than $75 will incur a low flat fee of $4.95 for 2nd Day delivery service. Herbaloft does not ship ground because it takes too long and is less reliable. We value our customers time and don't make them wait.

Shipping Tips:

Deliveries occur on business days and non-holidays.

Overnight Orders are delivered Monday through Friday.

2nd Day Orders are delivered Monday through Friday.

We do not ship ground, it takes too long.

Orders submitted after Friday 3pm are considered submitted on Monday.

Overnight and 2nd Day orders are not delivered on weekends (Sat & Sun).

Fees: Our Shipping fees are based on Herbalife Warehouse shipping fees.

2nd Day: $4.95 flat rate for all orders below $75

Overnight: $16.00 or 10% of your order, whichever is greater.
*In the event that additional charges may apply, we may modify your order and notify you after the order has been processed.

Delivery Area:

Products are available for shipment within the United States only. We currently do not accept international orders.

Physical Addresses Only. Our carrier FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Any order submitted with a P.O. Box address will be placed on hold until a non-P.O. Box address can be obtained from the customer.

SALES TAX

Sales Tax will be added according to your state sales tax rate. Sales tax is applied to the total retail amount of the order, not including shipping and handling charges (where applicable) and is based on the shipment's destination state and local sales tax rates. In the event that additional charges may apply, we may make modifications to your order and notify you after the order is processed.

ORDER PROCESSING POLICIES

We employ standard National Herbalife Operating procedures. From our experience we would like to provide the clarifications below to better serve your expectations and ensure consistent quality service.

Orders placed by 12pm EST will be sent to the warehouse the same business day. These orders should ship the same day.

Orders after 12pm EST will be sent to the warehouse the next business day. These orders will ship the next day.

Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing during business days.

Once your order has been submitted, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order thoroughly to ensure there are no problems.

Unfortunately, we are not informed beforehand about backorders. You must wait for the backordered item to ship separately at a later time since it cannot be cancelled nor expedited once the order is sent to the Herbalife Warehouse.

Backordered items will be shipped via USPS.

If the backordered item was part of a larger overnight/2nd day shipping order, we cannot give you credit for the extra shipping charges for the partial order, since Herbalife does not credit us.
