Mix two scoops of Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix (7 flavors to choose from) with 8 ounces of either skim milk, low fat milk, or soy milk (preferable). For more effective weight loss, additional amounts of Formula 3 Personalized Protein is required. The patented Herbalife Shaker Cup (part of the ShapeWorks Starter Kit) was designed specifically for this shake and makes the perfect complement (highly recommended). Water is also essential to help your body perform well so drink lots of water throughout the day (8 glasses minimum)in addition to the shake. Take ALL pills 3 times a day with food.

Lactose Intolerant:
If you have trouble digesting dairy products consider using Soy Milk (the unsweetened kind) which is readily available, very long shelf life unopened, and has lower fat content than even 2% skim milk. Alternatively, try a Lactose-free milk such as Lactaid™ or just plain water.
